David Emerald -  Leadership, Self-Help

David Emerald Womeldorff, under the pen name of David Emerald, is the author of The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic) (2005, revised edt. 2009).  The book offers insights about personal leadership through the story of three people who meet on a beach and engage in a life-transforming conversation.  Emerald also provides an alternative to the Karpman Drama Triangle with its roles of Victim, Persecutor, and Rescuer.  In their stead, he offers the positive roles of Creator, Challenger and Coach.  Illustrations throughout the book present essential models to the reader in a simple and accessible way.  With his wife Donna Zajonc, David Emerald Womeldorff has established and currently heads the Bainbridge Leadership Center.  For more information please go to http://www.bainbridgeleadership.com/books.html
